its not caracter specific , used sweep only for range . Can be used with all pokes at their max range in footsie.

Maybe we can use st. hk to measure the distance at the corner? I don’t think I would give up knockdown pressure for doing this.

i know i’m not the best to comment on this but it looked like he got mindfucked in the fei vs. cammy match, i don’t think it’s that bad for cammy just unorthodox. like both rounds a lot of focus and after the counter ultra he looked really shaken. i doubt that would go down the same way with a bit better understanding of the match.

I know Sanford hates Fei Long thanks to Justin Wong from vanilla. Maybe that’s what it was.

You can’t focus against Fei Long? As soon as you predict getting that Rekka, I’m pretty sure if you release that focus ASAP you’re probably going to get a counter hit crumple.

And speaking of, that was Justin who made that comment. he’s absolutely right. Don’t bother focusing Rekkas. We played this match a ton in vanilla one night, and I never, ever, EVER managed to release a Focus and hit Fei Long between his Rekkas. It may be possible, but would probably require almost pinpoint timing. So I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

We played this match a ton in vanilla one night, and I never, ever, EVER managed to release a Focus and hit Fei Long between his Rekkas. It may be possible, but would probably require almost pinpoint timing. So I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

as explained in Alioune’s video… it only hits if they neutral stand… (in case of viper match up there are advantages to c.mk on her wakeup at this distant)

Forward throw -> c.mk (whiff, timing purposes) -> c.mk (hit)

also against Rufus to bait Reversal EX messiah kick… cammy will block it!.. (other specials whiff, EX tornado gets stuffed)

can’t focus a rekka? i focus the first one all the time and pretty much get free crumples. You just have to release it just as soon as its absorbed. I usually only attempt to absorb the first one if they are doing rekkas from a distance.

its super!! i swear its because of super… just check the latest match of Evildrake in ECT2… he was dropping combos left and right… sorry drake but it was really hard for me to watch…

in vanilla I RARELY drop bnb (due to lag, or stick malfunction ) … i could bnb eyes closed :karate: …

but then comes Super :arazz::annoy: , first days of super i could hardly bnb… c.hp, c.mk, hk sa was easier to do tho… and i started losing horribly… and i went into depression+fatigue+i just wanna sit in a dark corner and cry…

im going back to basics… and taking my time in training… these days im spending at least an hour a day just practicing Bnb and various important combos…

i assume everyone is dropping combos with cammy since super… ??

nah, i would like to blame it on super (i did have an issue at first) but this was a combination of tourney jitters and ps3, more the jitters than anything though. because i can hit my bnb’s with my eyes closed now in super after all the training mode i did to get ready for NCR… it’s just once i plug my controller in knowing there are so many people around me i just fucking melt and stop playing good.
