As far as I know, Blanka is the only one what could get 2 hits off EX SA since back in Super, Blanka was the only 1 you could end with HK SA. But I’m just like you, too lazy. xD
It’s not that difficult IMO and you should always try to go for it since even if you miss it would whiff. Plus, Cammy is a technical character with not much easy links. So, to play Cammy is to play with guts. My easiest combo I use with Cammy is a 2 frame link so yea, there are matches where I could lose just like that cause I literally miss all combos. ="D
PS: That combo also worked for Fei Long cr. I didn’t test out the rest, but I think there could be more characters that can be done with it. With the 2012 changes, we can end it with a normal HK SA for maximum damage and positioning for oki. Looks like the changes to HK SA could be bigger then we thought.
you know whats unfair. EX Strike/Jump in, cr.hp, st.far.hp, HK SA. (you can add cr.lp to further confirm) < is my bnb vs Sagat, Zangeif, Dhalsim (and Rufus/Abel but there are better combos to use against them, extended sako combo). doesnt matter if they are crouching/standing.
Notes:
double standing HP works on standing/crouching sakura and viper.
cl.hp, cr.mp, cr.mk, mk arrow /… if combo is dropped mk whiffs (if they remain blocking) on Ryu/Ken. could be blocked by other characters. (again i dont have a full list compiled)
Yeah, it works on quite a few others than listed above - those are just the ones where EX arrow hits twice.
Are there? I mean outside of stuff like combos ending in lk arrow into DP or other situational stuff. Right now the cr.hp far hp is the most optimal combo I’ve found for Guile and Hawk.

Optimal Cammy Combos list (WIP) for AE 2012. These look to be correct for 2012, or at least a really good starting point. New stuff in blue on the main Optimal tab. That’s a lot of new combos, and some are a lot stronger than the old ones!
If you see any corrections, please let me know. There are a few characters / situations where the best punish I could find (from my chart) was cr.hp far mp/cr.mk xx 2-hit arrow, and this might be able to be improved with a variant I haven’t listed in my charts.
And I guess we could update the main page, but I dunno. I just keep this table handy when I play so I know what punishes to go for, for non punishes I stick to more basic combos.

Coos covered an entire hour and a half on the UYG livestream going over Cammy in AE2012. Keep in mind that this entire event was covered online but it’s the whole concept of the coverage that makes this worthwhile for newcomers to Cammy. Just thought I’d share this with everyone.

Do you guys have anything on making spiral arrow safe though? I was watching a guide and it said that it was a good way to close in space, and I’ve found sometimes it’s really amazing and sometimes I get punished BAD for it.
Oh yeah and do you guys know any good channels for cammy uploads? I learn way faster by watching people play then reading things.
generally… spiral arrow is a bad way to get in. There are a few setups after forward throw, spiral arrow knockdown and cannon spike.
I’m going to try to upload more cammy matches on my channel, but if you’re looking for cammy vs anything I’d check out sf4tube. Their system is pretty sick.

for a challenge try to get cr.lp > cr.lp> cr.mp > hk spiral arrow down in match situations.
I know the sako combo of cl.Mp, Cr.hp, Cr. Mk xx SA is character specific. I can do it on chun no problem, but on characters such as Ryu (which I believe it should work one, correct me if I am wrong.) I can only get it to work after a EX TKCS, even after focus crumple it seems to never work.
Some characters need jump ins for the sako combo to work. They are not limited to dive kicks. Jump HP/HK works just as good. This applies to other character specific combos as well.
