Its not exactly constant,but the interval was added so the name could be put in and have the idle animation to smooth it out.

Man, I haven’t asked for a new avatar in a while.( I don’t want to part with this one. ) Anyway, I’ve seen some of your work and it’s really well done, so I have to have a worthless avatar. I’d like a sasuke with a sharingan theme. If that’s too hard( not trying to offend you.) you can just make this into a avatar.
