delayed wakeup

Can someone explain this to me, I understand it’s a new mechanic in this version?!

You can delay untechable knock Downs by hiting buttons as you fall to the floor. Its an implementation to reduce unblockable and vortext situations where the defender was at significant disadvantage.

This weakens a few characters in terms of their mix up game but people are already creating new set ups.
