The old degrassi that used to come on PBS is much much better than the new degrassi…but I must say that this is the only show with dumb teenagers worth watching because alot of it is sooo real.

And I was really catching feelings for “The Best Years” lead Charity Shea…dunno if any of you had seen those “The-N” commercials during fall/winter 2007, but she was on some commercials for the network featuring stars from all of their shows, wearing some skimpy shirts and SHORT SHORTS showcasing her nice ass and nice thighs. Caught me completely off guard…in a good way. She kind of a bit busted in the face.
Now, if they don’t bring back “South of Nowhere” and MOST IMPORTANTLY…don’t bring back WHISTLER, yeah that’s right "WHISTLER, the sleeper hit of 2006 on “The-N”…literally. Halfway through the series, The-N moved the premieres of the remaining episodes to ** AFTER MIDNIGHT** and effectively killed it after airing the first season, only providing a failed re-run at 5AMish afterwards in 2007. If The-N pussies out, doesn’t re-air the first season of Whistler at a decent time considering they’ve got 24 HOURS of air time now and don’t air the second season which should already be done in Canada, then that’s strike three for “The-N” and I’m done with them. “Whistler”, “My So-Called Life”, “Instant Star”, “The Best Years”, “South of Nowhere” and “Radio Free Roscoe”= best shows to ever air on The-N, even though “My So-Called Life” was a re-run. All of which has stolen the thunder of Degrassi, which jumped the shark a lifetime ago and has been ran, overkilled, beaten like a dead horse etc…TO THE GROUND. It might be The-N’s meal ticket, but it sucks, very much I might add. Kill it.
the best years was too funny…it was gonna get canned. it tried too hard. it basically took all the elements of degrassi they tried to build over like a 10 year span…and put it into 1 fucking season…it was too over the top.
