Just block.
After you block enough that he’s been pushed out of c.lk range either throw a fireball, or hit cr.mp/hp.
Both the cr.mp/hp will stuff out another SK, the fireball will stuff it out even easier, but obviously loses to EX SK, and Psycho Crusher.
The flip side to that is if you block either EX SK or Psycho from that close while standing in the corner you can punish Bison hard.
Man, I never realized how tough the match with Sagat is.
his st.RH beats a lot of our option in moving forward, it punishes Sobats, beats jumping and knee jumps.
but we cant really sit back cause we lose the fireball war before it even starts.
Cross-ups arent too effective cause of his size as they usually hit early or even sometimes whiff.
it seems we need EX and to be creative to get in.
Against Sagat what I do to get in is get in range where he likes to AA or poke with s. HK. Then if I think he’ll do s. HK I’ll slide, and if I think he’ll do something else like fireball or cr. MP or w/e I’ll jump in. It makes it easier once he doesn’t know what to do, and also EX sobat is too good in this match.
