i mained Djay in ST. Im looking forward to using him in SSF4. hopefully they keep his jumping jab, crouch strong, standing strong as good as they were in ST. Hopefully his cross up MK is still gdlk. Hopefully he still juggles. I cant wait.
Ugh Fei Long’s jumping jab and crouch strong and most of all, his chicken wing were really good in SST as well but man, he didn’t translate very well into SF4. =(
You’re right, I forgot about her. She’s very light skinned though. I thought Urien was an Albino.
true but djay was overall a better character than fei as well. hopefully they learned from past mistakes.
I don’t know if I’ll main DeeJay. It really depends on who all is in the game and how they play. Makoto was awesome enough to make me drop Ken in 3s. It wouldn’t be too hard for her to be better than SFIV Ken, so she may become my main.
Regardless, I’ll play DeeJay as a secondary or tertiary. I use him in HDR. Hopefully he will play similarly to that version (cross ups and combos FTW).

he is everything. He can be very offensive and go super defensive with health lead. He has GDLK cross ups and juggles. He has a projectile, good anti-airs, lots of ways to bridge distance gaps.

I hope they make the machine gun upper better than it has been in the past.
in thie video he linked into it with a combo. Was difficult to do in ST and less difficult in HDR. I can see it still being pretty useless in human control.

S. Roundhouse hits from very far
S. Strong is good for close jumps ins, hits straight up.
S. Fierce also for anti air but at far jumps ins.
C. Strong is the best poke he has at close combat.
C. Fierce i think it’s an Overhead
C. Roundhouse has good range and also it hits people when they land.
