ESA will now be hosting tournaments once a month an Next Level LAN. We will be having tournaments in UMVC3, KoF, SCV, Skull Girls and SF4AE!

  • Registration begins at 12:00p.m. and ends at 3:00p.m. for the first game. The registration for each game continues until the designated start time. Please make sure to register by the designated time for the game of your choice. We do NOT accept late registrations.

Door fee: $5
… Entry for each game: $5
There is no spectator fee.

  • The prize money will be split 70/20/10 if we have 15 or more per game

  • The prize will be split 70/30 if we have 14 or less entrants per game

Game Start Times:
SSF4 AE 2012: 3:00p.m.
SCV: 3:30p.m.
Skull Girls: 4:00p.m.
KoF: 5:00p.m.
UMvC3: 6:00p.m.

RULES

  • You are allowed to enter more than one game.
  • Please be aware that this is a B.Y.O.C. event.
  • As far as the rules for each game go, they are going to be standard tournament rules:

SSF4 AE: 2012 (XBOX 360)

  • 2/3 Rounds 99 sec
  • 2/3 Matches, 3/5 for Winners, Losers and Grand Finals.
  • Double Elimination
  • Winner keeps same character, Loser May pick a different character
  • Winner may change Ultra but must choose before Opponent picks their Ultra.

UMvC3 (XBOX 360)

  • 3/5 Matches, 3/5 for Winners, Losers and Grand Finals.
  • Double Elimination
  • Winner keeps same character, Loser May pick a different character

KoF (XBOX 360)-Time will be set to 60 seconds.
-A match consists of 2/3 rounds.
-After a game has concluded, winner must stick with the same characters for the next game. However, order switching is allowed.
-Pausing a game will result in forfeit of that round unless the opponent chooses to waive this option.
-Tournament is double elimination.
-Double blind pick is allowed.
-Billy Kane, Saiki, and all DLC will be available and allowed

Skull Girls (PS3)

  • -A match consists of 2/3 rounds & 3/5 for grand finals.
  • Double Elimination
  • Winner keeps same character, Loser May pick a different character

The facebook event only says two events but this thread says 5. which one is correct?

I’m confused about the date. The main site says Sep 1, but this says Sep 4. I assume it’s 1, but I want it to be clear.

Ive actually talked to the guys and neither is correct. it was pushed back to 9/8
