In Italy, based on the damage the defamation (if proved real) causes, you could: pay a fine (ranging from 500 to 2,000 €, give or take) or serve from 6 months to 3 years in Jail. In some extreme cases, i think even both things may be applied. Plus legal fees and that.
That is, looking purely at what the Penal Code states.
If necrostorm is gonna go around threatening anybody and everybody, I wouldn’t be surprised if 4chan comes around and show them what some real threats are.

Multiplayer.it covered it well, showing the Kotaku post and linking to TYM and SRK. They also call the Necrostorm crew kids and invite them to send them a test copy for verification. I guess they will have to issue a apology as well.
I don’t think the issue is if the game is real or not, at this point I don’t care. I am more appalled by their Customer Service practices and not being able to answer simple questions without outright banning, threatening, and mocking the person in the process. For any company to do this is inexcusable.

The real reason no one has come forth with footage is because I actually bought ALL 6000 copies of the game that was released. I just wanted to corner the shitty digitized gore game market. With that being said, I will start allowing bids on each game starting at 150 euros each…or a blow job…which ever cums first.

I was going to Photoshop an image of Decapre’s mask onto Plasma as a sign of good faith from the developers by introducing a brand new charge character to apologise for the delays, then I realised that I’d be putting in more work than the developers have on this whole game.
That would be about the same level of effort that Capcom put into Ultra Shit Fighter 4

This has always been something that buzzed around… Though, even if they get publicity, they are still fu*ked. As far as i can read from the Multiplayer comments… pretty much 99.9% doesn’t even want to have the game even if it was distributed for free. Some are still kinda interested in it because of the “art” (if we can use this word) Style, but still, most of the comments are about people thinking it doesn’t exist and/or the classic (and being italian i’m really in line with their thoughts) “Classic Italian Crap”.
EDIT: Just out of curiosity: what is this thing about levels? Is it based on the numbers of posts or something like that? Just asking because i recieved the notification, lol. Maybe i missed something during the registration phase?

even with necrostorm’s last minute scramble to attempt to release something that resembles a trailer or game, most people won’t touch it due to the toxicity of their public relations.
