Death Cargo

WTF? They are expecting excuses from Kotaku for what? Publishing a story that was simply stating some doubts about the existence of the game. Anyway, we’ll see, after all, Monday is just a couple of days away.

Anyone betting on a delay?

I like how they have deleted any post that outs them

They called out a kotaku journalist, this shit will not end well for the devs

I made a post on their FB wall and it got promptly deleted. Rats.

I’ll wait until Monday. If the trailer comes out, i’ll be the fist to say “Touché”.

Mind doing a copy paste?

I’m not VPN’ed up right now. Also kind of want to save my FB profile from being banned by them in case we need more info at a later date when everything is set to private and the rest of us can’t see shit.

Here you go:

Spoiler

Dear users

On Monday we will be finally able to update the Trailer, and all the customers will be able to post their personal gameplay, proofing that over 6000 people actually received their game.

-We EXPECT that all the users that insulted us with words like “scam, liars, thef”, will come here numerous and start to APOLOGIZE.
We will unblock them, and we will see if they’ll put the same effort they putted to defame us.
If that won’t happen, we will take Legal measures

-Mr Yannic LeJacq will post an EXCUSE article, once he will received his game.
If this won’t happen he will be processed as well for defamation.

-As you can see thread has been already blocked or removed from Forumeye and SRK.
Against “Test Your Might” forum also a legal process is started for defamation, publication of material protected by Privacy and Copyright

Defamation is a CRIME punishable with jail reclusion,
and the judges in all countries need evidence, not speculation.

Our company is not “cheating” anybody. The packages has been delivered, and the customers who are asking for their money back received it within 24h after the request. We just don’t release adv material yet, and asked the customer to not release vids or clip before the trailer.
The game exists and we do not fear any action against us by the “Guardia di Finanza”, FBI, or any other gov. force.
We pay taxes regularly, and everything is legal on our side.
That’s why we are here, and those people are paying and will pay the consequences of their crimes.

WE EXPECT APOLOGIZES FROM ALL THE USERS THAT ACCUSED US

All the other comments posted before Monday will be REMOVED.

They threatened Kotaku and TYM with legal action? Good luck with that.

i read this on kotaku… 3 words: what the fuck?

3 words- dumb as fuck

I can’t wait to get in trouble with the law, I am so excite! Almost as excite as an Death Cargo unlimited DLC contents!!!

I would like to know how and why that other thread was closed? This continued silencing of this issue is getting out of hand. how can a few little shits from italy have so much pull in all these markets?

just saw their facebook post, LOL x100, Yeah goodluck spending ALL they money on suing us.

That thread got closed because the technicality that we have this one to discuss anything related to death cargo even when FGD is more about fighting games and not scams you know, not because srk is affraid of those fuckers

What they don’t understand is that even if they are right, and the game actually exists, this doesn’t stop people from having an opinion, and from getting a certain idea on their company. We should NOT apologize, we should NOT say touchè.

Everything they did made us think this was a scam. Even if it’s not, the way they acted made it seems so, and we shouldn’t feel “guilty” or apologize, as we had very good reasons to think it. Their image is THEIR responsibility, people are free to think whatever the hell they want based on THEIR behaviour to the public.

To add to that, Even if it is legit, after the way they have treated and threatened people, they won’t at all be deserving of peoples money at all, if it is legit their company can still burn to the ground for all i care.

Wait, what i meant is: “Oh, look like i was wrong, the game exists”.

Just releasing a trailer wont actually change anything. They’ve released videos and even betas before. Until people can actually play the game (and the vaunted 6000 show themselves), there still is no real evidence that this game currently exists,

It’s not just about the game existing though. From the article:

“The real issue continues to be the questionable ethical conduct of the company in dealing with it’s consumer base, the denial of service for questioning/criticising the aforementioned conduct, ongoing suspicious release of information related to the game, and confirmation of people actually receiving the game,” the TYM member told me in an email.

I don’t know, but this is the way to answer I would expect from a bunch of 13-years old gore fans.
Nothing about Necrostorm has hinted me their maturity or intelligence level could be higher than that…
