They need to have 0 new customers, and 0 total customers eventually since that’s what they want anyway. “We don’t have time to waste” like their 3 worker guys are really spending more time on the game “We can do it all in a 48 hour window!” than they are damage control and refunds.
It’s not meant to be taken seriously, I mean really “hazubandos”. I don’t play all those games daily but occasionally with friends.

Wow this place got a lot more interesting since last night. Holy hell Aracno looks so terrible compared to Plasma and Leech (in “game”). Also that Deathrip had my high school level video editing done to it. I shouldn’t of posted on their forums, because now I’m IP blocked and can’t even view the site. I received an email saying “Ciao, Killphil” and then like a block of text (posts) from the thread I was in that had nothing to do with the email, like he copy pasted forum posts into the email and sent it to me. What a joke.
The bastards, I think its more morally reprehensible that Capcom let people even play that shit than what Necrostorm is doing, I mean we all know Necrostorm is a clown shoe outfit, but Capcom…why???
I’m an italian FG player and long time lurker (that’s not relevant in this thread, but i decided to post in here first because being in Italy i would like to point out a thing about that law they’re talking about to cover their asses).
I truly find this situation about Death Cargo completely insane. I’m on your side, i think there is a scam behind all this s*it going down.
First of all. The “famous” law they’re using: “Art. 45, Codice 5”. It has NOTHING to do with copyright. It is a law about how a person cannot be charged with crimes if the crime was committed under particular circumstances (e.g: self defense). Even if they were to pick the right law about copyright, they would still be in the wrong, because the sharing of screenshots or videos, would still fall under Local AND European Directives about Fair Use, unless it was done to gain money.
Second thing. I think there may be ground to put this thing under the eyes of the local authorities that work on scams, frauds and so on (Called “Guardia di Finanza”). I’d have to check some things first to be sure. And i’m more than willingly going to bring this whole thing to them if the things check out. Who knows, maybe the game is real (just still in a very very very very pre-alpha stage, lol), maybe it is really a scam. Who knows. Maybe their PR mails may fall under defamation and/or other things, i just don’t know if the fact that they were directed to citizens from other states may be a problem or not.
