I love that they have suppressed all coverage of this shit storm on their site, facebook, youtube, and now with the influx of 1 day old engrish users trying to come here and do it.
I bought the digital game when it was released. I sat till yesterday afternoon to get activated. Then got told to wait 48 more hours.
I am in computer securities, I am sorry there is nothing they can do that required them to send us a code to send us another code to send us a game with a specific code in it, that wont be ripped out 2 hours after release. So number one people they are collecting data on you. Which since i have not signed an agreement is illegal (âBY ITALY LAWâ-love it)
When I emailed them to ask why their instructions didnt include this 48 fake waiting step, and i will inform Paypal if this continues(which I feel is warranted due to services not received out side my country). They refunded my money⌠Not ask if I wanted a refund. then sent me this.

So they kicked me as a customer because I wanted to verify what was going on? So i email them again wanting to know why the hostility? That I wasnât part of the backlash of scam callers from the past few days(hell they gave me the money back, not much of a scam). I told them they need to be more transparent, Make a statement, let the community know what is going on so we can support you. Hell I even told them as a T.O., I was trying to VET their game into the tournament scene here in North Texas.

Also to note my friend bought the Deluxe edition DVD when it released a few months ago. And since only 20 people of the 6000 didnât get their copy they were resending them before the digital version released⌠Yet I have been unable to find a single person that ISNâT still waiting for their copy. well over 60+ people so far on varies sites.

EDIT: I looked through the entire plaza and itâs all local businesses like pizzerias, a bar, and a possible cell phone store. I googled the actual address name and Necrostorm is just a condo/apartment behind the plaza (the giant building filled with apartments).

To clear something up, I posted those screenshots not to defend them, but to show you how bullshitty this is. The posts I saw claiming to have gotten the game all use the same awful broken english, insulting anyone who asks questions, and the usual âLONG LIVE NECROSTORM!â bullshit in their posts. Iâm the guy on the forums there who got threatened with a lawsuit and accused of calling them scammers(which I didnât say ironically enough, at one point I even defended them).
Basically, it went down like this. I had a few diff accounts on there admittedly, due to the fact that anytime you say ANYTHING negative or question shit too much(or at all) you get locked out of your account/banned. I hadnât posted anything at them since like two years ago when on youtube I simply said something about how the game looked crappy. No big deal right? Well later I posted after that âgermanâ guy started calling people faggots simply for asking for a damn screenshot of the game. I said yeah this game looks like shit, and itâs bs how thereâs not even a fucking trailer for that shit, yet indie companies in Japan make fighters and show trailers and screens all the time, thereâs games in FGD on SRK being shown that have damn trailers. Post deleted almost instantly, I told them have fun not making much sales off this crap game when you act all unprofessional and shitty like this, as if youâre ashamed to even show the final product.
I then got some email from them almost pleading, accusing me of hating them, and asking why I hate them so much. Later on under a diff account I actually defended them when someone said they worried they were scammers, saying I didnât think they were, just the game had tons of odd shit going on around it. Next thing I know, the admin posts threatening to sue me for defamation, saying I called them âscammers and fraudsâ, then told me they were going to âteach me a lessonâ by suing me. The thread then turned into some huge fight, with me proving I never called them scammers and liars and that thus a lawsuit would be stupid and pointless and based on lies, and other people posted defending me. They started editting and deleting peopleâs posts FAST, and when they saw my posts being upvoted a bunch by people and theirs being downvoted, they mysteriously tweaked the voting system, because I noticed people going âuh wtf how come I canât upvote his posts anymore?â I then basically made a formal apology if only for being a dick at times, but I stood my ground and said I flat out never called them scammers, and even posted proof of me defending them earlier. They then made some long post trying to act real nice, and bringing up some italian law(which, I donât know shit about Italy besides their economy being fucked, so I wouldnât know if that was true or not).
I see this thread, decide eh what the hell, and got some screens of the people who supposedly got the game so you can notice the air of bullshit entrenched within. Also while I have nothing personal against blizak, he ainât much better, seeing as how he pretty much told people to âshut the hell upâ when people got fed up being given bs answers with no substance.
Oh and btw to further clarify, they attacked me right after a post I made in response to someone else. Multiple people were posting saying âyeah, Iâd buy this game, but I need to see a final product first, Iâm not gonna throw money on a game I have no idea how the end result plays and looksâ. I responded simply saying âyeah, people arenât gonna just wanna toss money at a product not knowing wtf itâs even like, you gotta give them more substantial shit to go on if you want them to buy the gameâ That got me accused of calling them scammers and thieves, because apparently they canât fucking read and think me saying people want to know what the final product looks before buying is equating them to being thieves.
Oh and among other things:
-they accused me of being from testyourmight, Iâm assuming so since they claimed I was in some group of âMortal Kombat Elite trollsâ posting to harass them, since they hate testyourmight guys Iâm assuming they meant them. I got accused of posting under names I never even used, and I made them look stupid when I even posted the name of every account I used there including exactly what I posted on each one(which wasnât much anyway so no big deal)
-they also posted my ip address and the city in which I live on the forum because I dared to say that people want to see the game before they buy it, which caused people to attack them, they got mad and started deleting posts
-They apparently watch people like hawks, because when they sent that goofy pm asking me why I hate them, they mentioned some post I made like 2 years ago on fucking youtube in a vid for their game where I simply said the game looked like crap and wtf were they doing with it(I never even mentioned that on the forum, yet they somehow linked that comment to me). They then falsely accused me of attacking them on facebook, despite me not even having a facebook account.
tl;dr theyâre fucking nuts, and remind me a LOT of pyramid schemes I observed years back, they act the EXACT same way, only difference is those pyramid schemes werenât dumb enough to blacklist entire sites from blowing their money on their services.
and for angelpalm, I sure the fuck didnât buy this game, I could probably make a better game in mugen tbh

Interestingly enough, the way they operate concerning this game gives me so many shades of pyramid schemes Iâve seen. The main guys get these moderators to shill for them and take all the flak that they will inevitably get later when more and more people figure out what is going on. They are generally very insulting to anyone who says things they dislike and ask questions about things they donât want to answer, and they will delete any dissent FAST and ban anyone who they think can cause trouble or âput ideasâ into peopleâs heads. A lot of users develop some odd stockholme syndrome where they donât want to believe the people in charge are fucking them over, some take it to an almost religious fervor(one post in Necroâs forums had some guy comparing waiting for the game and having faith in Necro, to having faith in God).
Inevitably when it starts to fall apart and more and more people notice the bs and speak out in other venues that arenât controlled by the offending parties, they get VERY nasty, threaten lawsuits, and try to scare people into submission. Around this juncture the FBI gets alerted to their activities, an investigation ensues, and the culprits either get captured and jailed, or they escape to some caymen islands resort, never to be heard from again unless they get busted doing some dumb shit.
Only thing boggles my mind, is the part where they blacklist entire sites from buying the game, even the pyramid schemes I saw werenât that dumb, they took anyoneâs money any way they could take it. Oddly, that last post I saw with that guy in Italy whose package they shipped to the US, then back to Rome, then telling him they gotta reship, then his activation link or whatever still not working, is proving more and more how bs this is. Those pyramid schemes did the same shit, when you asked for your money you should get from their service, there would be endless excuses and reasons and delays for why you canât get it, and then when you get fed up and say fuck this shit, they either you a refund, or flat out ban you and take your money anyway.
From my experience, looks like this is in the final stages now, since the FBI and all these game news sites got contacted, and even their most loyal fans are waking up to the bs, plus the endless delays that make no sense now. Wonder if that Giulio guy is gonna try to flee to some foreign country now.

Itâs weird 'cause this beta actually exists. Iâm guessing they finished off Plasma and Leach, quickly discovered that finishing the game off was way too hard/time consuming and just turned it into a scam LOL
Although I still kinda hope the actual game that they claimed to have released is real and I get to play it. Iâm so hype for this now xD
