Some of you guys are very creative. Perhaps you could focus some of that into something positive! I have done work on their movies and lots of work on the game. Virtually the same thing happened on the Titanfall forum. One day before the release and there were no new videos and no pics of any kind. That was all they were working on and couldnā€™t deliver that. I didnā€™t see anyone on that board calling them scam artists (there were some pissed people). I dropped 250$ on the special edition that comes with the kick-ass statue. That was at least 8 months in advance of when the game came out. I purchased on faith. We should be so quick to judge Necrostorm? Yes, they have a long standing history of being slow. Painfully slow at times. Some of that isnā€™t their fault. I donā€™t pay for their products so I donā€™t feel the frustration that some may. I get mine shipped for free. Yes, It took forever to get my movies and I even got a digital download of Hotel Inferno because it was taking forever. I can only tell you that they are too real of a company to be ā€œfakeā€. Donā€™t mistake the fact that Iā€™m a mod for them and I do work for them, that Iā€™m not on the customers side too. Iā€™m in the middle and I see both sides. I have an MBA and I try to give any assistance that I can to them and provide them with the feedback that I think they need. Like anyone, they will do what they will with THEIR company. Always remember that, lads. They will do what they want. Itā€™s up to you, if you will, to take part in it. I can assure you they are good people and want to do some good. Iā€™m a gamer and I have made it painfully clear on the forums that I stay out of almost all the stuff related to DC just so i can have it remain a surprise. I want the game just like anyone. My DL should be ready to go today at some point. They have no reason to lie to me. OH, and btwā€¦Iā€™m sure they have had someone scrolling through these pages long before I showed up. I actually came to look at the Killer instinct page and the first thing on the screen was this topic. Kind of funny. I could literally have created any name this ā€œis internetā€ after all. Ive got no reason to hide and I have no reason to stir anything up as appears some of you do. I just like games. I think some of you guys can dial it back a bit. Cheers. P.S. Iā€™ld also be happy to answer any questions I can about the game itself.

I appreciate that you come here with the friendly words and such, but it doesnā€™t help when the facts are as follows:

-Physical copy of the game was ā€œreleasedā€ in February, which no one has actual proof of receiving.
-Digital copy of the game was ā€œreleasedā€ on May 5th, which no one has proof of receiving.
-Everyone that has actually spoken up who has tried to purchase either has either gotten nothing, or have had their orders refunded when they spoke critically of Necrostorm.
-The preview video that was supposed to have come out on May 5th has not shown up.
-Multiple new accounts have shown up on SRK to drum up proof of the gameā€™s existence in a more complete form, but the credibility of the proof of the gameā€™s existence is dubious at best, especially when combined with the shady way how the accounts present said proof.

Masterblizak, just tell Necrostorm to be completely open and truthful. Every passing hour that they say nothing is only hurting the credibility of the company, and the trust of Shoryuken and Test Your Might.

What kind of company intentionally riles up their customer base and refuses to do dealings with them in any form? That isnā€™t them running the company ā€œTheir wayā€ that is just bad business in general.

If EA, Activision, Capcom, or Nintendo ever sent an e-mail back through customer service calling customers they have never seen fat, stupid, mentally ill and using ALL CAP to put an emphasis on it they would be in a world of media trouble. If those said companies told someone with cash willing to buy their products to fuck off, they would also be very, very stupid.

If they are somehow good people they could have fooled me. I understand you want to defend them but you donā€™t have a Soapbox to stand on currently unless they do a major overhaul in practically everything they are doing from the gaming front.

This sounds less like a company, more like a bedroom programmer outfit.

I appreciate his posts, too. However, heā€™s from Minneapolis, most-likely (of course not) has never met them, says he works for them and most importantly doesnā€™t even have positive verification of the games existence.
How can you have such faith based into a company when youā€™re not even located in the same country, let alone their product (being an ā€œemployeeā€) to back it up?

But you can understand the frustration, Iā€™ve been following this shit since 2011 and now Iā€™m banned, for nothing agreeing with people who said they seem shady (which they freakinā€™ do, and you canā€™t deny that).

Rereading the Death Cargo thread, I never realized that they could be creating a game and spend no money on promoting it the entire time. This whole time they spent their resources on letting this thread be organically created for our pleasure.

With that being said I still want to have glorious unprotected sex with the pain, suffering, and frustration that has amassed between all the enabling turds that purchased this ā€œgameā€. I want to go raw on their feelingsā€¦so that they can finally grasp the gravity of the situation that they have created. And by gravity I mean my penis.

I can verify that I have seen screen shots from and have confirmed from people that know about things that havenā€™t been released. Remember, since I know most things about the characters aspect of it in regards to story, I have knowledge of those things. When someone can tell me about a character that only I would know about-itā€™s legit. Also, they have no reason to lie to me. Again, Iā€™m waiting like anyone. I have skyped with a number of them via voice and IM so I have ā€œmetā€ them. I can assure you this isnā€™t my only job. To take 5 seconds and look at my FB page that is easily available you could see that I have a regular job. Let me bring you into it just a bit. I have spoken to them about the shipping and I can see both sides. It takes forever for me to even get my items. They do everything internally- EVERYTHING. They hand stuff every package. If you could imagine what it would take to hand stuff and post all the packages with all their gear?! The thought was adding an available option of tracking info and all that, but you could understand what kind of additional work that would take? I think they are intentionally trying to stay a small company. Clearly there is some opportunity to grow staff and production process to speed things up. Thatā€™s evident. If you look at the company page, there are only a handful of us. Most of those guys do multiple things. The ā€œshipping guysā€ also do the programming of the game for every individual customer. In all seriousness. Iā€™m just trying to be the voice of reason. If they piss you off, then leave it alone.

Iā€™m the reasonable voice of the company. Always have been. How many other companies respond to people like they do? At some point I can tell you they will stop responding (as they have in the past). Then there will only be me. Many of you can continue to be angry for whatever reason or you can just move on to other games.

How about you guys skip the talking altogether and spend the time in fixing your issues in an open and transparent way instead?

If you guys have any sense of business know how, publish an official statement (not a fucking forum post) where you acknowledge customer problems along with a step by step plan on how to rectify them.

It will help you save whatever is left of your company reputation. Games and media are more intertwined than ever, how long until your existing customer base, that would normally only care about your movie works, get a sniff of this? It gives them more ammo to ditch you.

You guys need to smarten up, quickly.

Heā€™s actually a customer, who makes excuses for necrostorm, but has been waiting over a month for his game because he is ā€œone of the unlucky 20 out of the 6000 who have received their gameā€.
You can also just replace whatā€™s in those quotations with ā€œan idiotā€.
