Tom, this is an online game…if you don’t like the lag problem, then go back to playing DOA3. Everyone plays better offline. Everyone plays worse online. Don’t make the claim that you will own everyone offline because you know that an offline tournament will never happen. If you all do hold an offline tournament, then you are all losers for traveling any distance outside your house for a game that you could play online.

I haven’t really ran into anything like that other than one group complaned becasue I played Jann Lee in a room.
As far as Ping goes you can go into a yellow ping room and have very little lag. There were times I was in a yellow room played for a while (with very little to no lag) and left then searched for a new game and that room was green. I have yet to try a red game but i think it wil be laggy as shit.
