The ‘Fighting Entertainment’ rebranding was probably the smartest move they ever made with not being super technical and playing up the flair. It worked and we will see it again. And the DLC support is maybe the best I ever seen in a FG.
Basically I’m down for another ‘Fun Virtua Fighter’.

I hope they toned down the jargon a bit. I was doing the whole DOA5LR tutorial the past two days, and it’s like "in order to do the critical thing, you need to do a critical something to get a critical other, and then you can do the critical thing…
people like @Sorwah who have a long time playing is sure to get it, but I can see new players getting lost in that sea of technical terms.
I couldn’t even get past the tutorial because of how fucking huge it seemed, and I forgot some of the mechanics like halfway through

Funny, the tutorial is the only trophy missing to get the Platinum one. On the other hand, I’m still pretty bad at the game.
As for the game, I have no idea what they could do with a new game for mechanics and characters exceot the new girl from the Xtreme3. I love how you can customize random select, if you want to see others with DLC costumes by downloading the compatibility pack, random costume select. Maybe more customization in random select (characters, costumes, english/japanese voices. More interactive story mode instead of the NRS route of “Cinematic story”. Better and more options on lobbies and of course, a better PC port.
Or maybe it’ll be Ninja Gaiden 4 that I’m also more than fine with it.
Very excited to see what they are planning.
Hoping the readjust the stun system a bit more. Would like to see some working on the power blow/launcher ideas.
Also hope they buff CH launchers to pre 4 level
I just wish it will have private lobbies on the PC version…
