which filter? there is a filter option to set it to certain bars? or do you mean the game itself tries to get you good matches. after waiting a few seconds the majority of time it drops down. and i had now several times instances where i got red guys 5-10 times in a row where i had to decline it.
If I set the filter to 5 bars I only get five bars, Iām not sure what you mean exactly.
where do you gain access to that option? i play the f2p version and going into ranked mode option there is no setting for me to say please show me just 5 bar guysā¦
ah, nice.
deinstalled
edit- seems to be a pc thing in general. at least based on the replys i get on steam.
Last time I got this much damage out of a loop, I was playing Mahvel.
EDIT: Had to fix the link since I re-uploaded the clip.
Man people hate rematching Nyotengu. Just block the wind it isnāt that hard.
Despite hating meter in 3D fighters I tried out Dead or Alive 6 Core Fighters and was surprised to find some things I liked about it. As d3v previously pointed out to me the movement is indeed more fluid than any previous game in the series and sidesteps and back dashing do feel more effective. Contrary to my expectations, the supers do less damage than a well optimized combo, the built in auto combo isnāt much different from a regular one, and the meter hold does no damage despite being useful against all levels of attack. I kind of like the gameplay overall, but I havenāt played enough of the roster to make any kind of judgement on how well it is applied.
Sadly, the AI is terribly weak even on the highest difficulty unlike in previous entries. The newcomers are kind of awful and the kawaii garbage from 5 makes a return. The roster, stages, and costumes arenāt quite as robust as previous entries (probably to promote future DLC).
The graphics are improved and it is well enough optimized to run on a 2019 integrated graphics card. They have a game that could really become great in a few iterations. It is kind of sad that the marketing strategy screwed it out of a spot at Evo but those are the breaks.
Jann Lee and Zack were the only characters I was interested in using to grind online games.
I didnāt even know that there was a F2P version coming like 3 weeks after itās release.
What does that actually mean when the devs release a F2P version so early? The game didnāt sell well?
I mean, I buy these 2 characters for 8$ and itās like the full version for me because all I care is online.
I donāt bother about story mode or costumes.
I can understand when some ppl kinde feel like ripped off paying 60$ for the full game.
They started the F2P model with DOA5. It was obviously successful for them because the supported DOA5 for several years. Before SFV, Iād say DOA5 was probably the most well support fighting game post launch.
doesnt count for the pc version.
PC version as piss poor port of the 360/PS3 version of the game.
till today it doesnt even has a lobby systemā¦so its worse!
really wonder how 6 turns out in that regard
PC version of DOA6 is identical to the PS4/XB1 version. The game being on Unreal 4 is big help as well.
apparently not. see the missing filter option for ranked.
The Core Fighters version or the Full Version?
seems to be the case on both versions. thought first too its due to the f2p thing but people on steam confirmed that its missing in the paid version too.
LOL, tell that to the complainers on Reddit.
Itās not the f2p version thatās annoying but the fact that Phase 4 is on my disc and yet I donāt have access to her because I didnāt buy the digital Deluxe Edition. Thatās the same crap SFxTekken pulled a few years ago.
Now Iām not even remotely interested in playing Phase 4 but good luck learning that matchup on the fly when you only see her once per week online.
XTekken was 12 characters though, which was pretty significant amount.
