Fruit sugar isn’t the same as processed sugar, especially sugar as an additive is as harmful as it gets. It’s one of the leading causes of cancer and cell deterioration. We need sugar for energy, but even fruit sugar in excess is not good, though nowhere as bad as processed sugar.
Just think of it like this, The more soda and processed food you’re giving your kids the harder you are trying to give them cancer and diabetes, basically you’re killing them and are not fit to be a parent. Might as well give them a crack pipe and deliver them to a paedophile church.
