Thanks to Borders’ Buy 1 Get 1 Half-Off Graphic Novel sale (RTSD brothers), I picked up GL: No Fear (wanted Rebirth, but they didn’t have it :() and Tower of Babel. I know I’m late to the party on this, but No Fear is the shit. I’m beginning to see why DC pimps Johns out so much.

Sinestro Corps War is one of the best series from DC in 2007, Strongly recommend reading the GL TPBs that come after No Fear to prepare for this awesome story.

The whole Fatality and John thing can be explored more prominently in the mini/TPB Cosmic Odyssey by Jim Starlin and art by Mike Magnolia (who draws a rather fat Darkseid for some reason…)
Read recent Superman issue but didn’t like where the NK story is going to now 
sinestro corps does NOT need to be hyped. if he doesn’t read it, then he is the one that will suffer from it. i read the whole thing a few times. gl #25 was read at least 20 times itself
Is GL: Secret Origin worth picking up?
All Green Lantern material by Geoff Johns is worth picking up.
QFT. Heck majority of Johns’ work with DC over the past few years is worth picking up.
Have they collected the 90s Green Lantern series before Kyle became the GL? Those had some awesome stories, and Hal vs. Gardner fight was pure epicness.
That’s like saying Brubaker’s stuff don’t need hyping. In fact hyping might not have been the proper word, but rather add a little info on the story arc/TPB to interest one in it.
I read it loads of times, one of Johns’ best works among many.
That’s asking a lot out of Painy, though. I am not sure he is mentally capable of stringing together even ONE coherent paragraph on any subject. I think it’s that monthly dose of Daniel Way - it’s rotted away his mind.
I avoid mentioning that because it would be rude of me to say that about him.
Hey I read Daniel Way and my posts are fine & at times I provide as much info as possible on an issue.
Plus Way is doing a good job in DeadPool. I advise giving his run a read, it wouldn’t drive you to the brink of madness.
Gonna go read Young X-Men soon, let’s see how this issue is.
This week, DC are releasing B. Lighting Year One #1. The Year One series have been OK so far, let’s see how this one holds up. Wonder if he’ll keep his afro as part of his suit?
Picked up GL#36??, now Johns is probaly DC most consistent writer everything he did in the last couple of years was worth reading but GL is just over the top goodnes? ? and the art damm the look on Sinestro face in the last page was priceless
What issues are building up the Blackest night prophecy for GL and GLC? The last issues I have are basically Sinestro Corp. Other than Rage of the Red lanterns, are there any other oneshots or books I need to snag?
Just Green Lantern and Green Lantern Corps. From what I’ve seen so far, it seems that the only pre-BN series that you should read are those 2.

I was wondering when that license deal would take effect, really cool to see Static in regular DC (He’s also making an appearance on this weeks episode of Batman: TBaTB).
I bet they will kick off his solo series in a few months.
So, I was reading Final Crisis: Secret Files and there was this section with some kind of prophecy written. I don’t remember the exact text, but there was a line that seemed to jump out and confirm the rumor that I had heard regarding Batman. Of course, I’m not sure if its true, but it basically said something along the lines of, “The one who embraces the shadows being reborn as a new God”
