Well if you read further down, he claims to have reserved the hotel. Even if he doesn’t steal people’s money I still wouldn’t go…the guy is being pesky with constant PM’s and myspace invites to get me to go when I told him I couldn’t attend. Plus his overall douchebaggery makes me wonder why anyone would go (people who are attending even say the don’t like him…wtf why waste your time then?)
I’ll be at Arcade Legends this weekend so I can celebrate my 21st with people I know and enjoy being around.
After reading all that drama I wondered that same thing myself. It’s like they spend their entire time dogging this guy and when someone else gets some substantial evidence against him, they start defending him. If you don’t like him, why go to his tourney and defend him when other people are finding out he’s not one to be trusted?
And I picked up the sticks again(or in my sad case the controller) to play some Suto 4 again after a few weeks and yeah… still borderline sucking in that game, wake-up ultras are becoming my nemesis, I figure I’m just too aggressive.
Well, I guess since 15 years after the fact Dayton is finally getting some consistent gatherings together. I should probably thank Mr. Queen for that. Anyways, I am available to play. So get at me with some days/times you get together and I’ll bring my old ass over. If you play ST/CE/HF/3s/A2 get on that GGPO and get at me I am ‘roybisel’ and ‘579342’ on GGPO. Check my post in the Cincy thread. I was actually thinking of doing that exact thing with classic Kung Fu/crazy Asian/Grindhouse/Awesomely Bad flicks every other Tuesday night. A little bit of games before the movie. Maybe a mini tournament if enough people show up. It will probably end up happening soon. Any suggestions for the first flick?
