Datel arcade pro button remapping

Hey everyone,
A while ago I got a datel arcade pro stick for ps3/xbox because it was a cheap stick and had fairly good reviews. I also have an hrap 3 for my ps3 so I’ve owned a pretty top notch stick. Anyway, when I received my datel arcade pro I noticed the button mapping was a bit off, the rear trigger buttons were the first two buttons instead of the last two. I know I can easily just reconfigure my game to fufil my needs but it gets annoying since I usually travel with this stick and I don’t like messing up my buddies button layouts every time it’s my turn to play. I opened the stick up earlier hoping to try and reconfigure them but moving buttons around but it’s all one big board. I looked in this thread earlier:

But most of the modding pictures are gone now and no one really focuses on what I need.
I just need my datel stick to be mapped like my hrap 3 and I was wondering if it can be accomplished by just moving around some of the wires or if someone else has done this. Many thanks.

You’ll need to remove the pins that connect the main PCB with the button-PCB, and solder in and re-route some wires with the config that you want.

Thanks man, but I don’t know if that’s an option since it isn’t really soldered on its more of a hook type thing

I took that photo off another thread here but it seems no one wants to remap the buttons like I do.

Actually, it IS soldered… just with the array of pins instead of wires. You CAN desolder that part.

Either that, or remove the button-daughter-board entirely, and solder wires directly to the buttons’ microswitches from the main PCB.
