I would wait until the results are announced if I were you guys. Actually, if your piece got in, they don’t want you to post it online until after the book comes out. They want the artworks in the book to be a surprise when you see it for the first time.

Good luck to everyone who submitted! I’m really hoping UDON expands the book and add more pages, because it’d be a shame to see a thin book.
Since everyone here’s waiting on the book’s release to show their submitted stuff, anyone wanna post sketches that resulted in a dead-end? I was really looking forward to seeing some Darkstalker fanart ever since this contest was announced.
I agree that there needs to be more DS fanart. And hopefully a new game too. 2.5D like they did with SF4 would just be beautiful! I can only imagine right now how that would look and play like. I’d buy it.
I’m hopeing my picture got in. I think I’m on the fence of “maybe” as far as final choices go. I really should have done the Q-Bee + someone else drawing. sigh Oh well. I might do it just for the heck of doing it.

Man the stuff that did made it in the book better be stunning as these are really hot. Art competitions are always subjective so I wouldn’t worry about it too much, guys.

Welp, I didn’t get in and I’m not submitting to Udon for their contests again lol. At least not until I get better at Photoshop but I guess I’m gonna post my pic. I hate it anyway so I can see why I didn’t get in. Just a little annoyed because if I see some really fucked up shit get in I’m gonna be mad as shit.
