Using VGA for those old man sprite games where you don’t want framedrops offline, should be fine but nobody invests in that. Cheapo KMart HDMI for all. There is no diff between cheap HDMI and high price for the same cable though.

Did UDON do those select screen icons? Some of them look downright terrible and are polarizing with the portraits at the side (and gee i hope they don’t replace those). Who gave Hsien-Ko a Sarah Jessica Parker face?!

Don’t waste your time getting salty people are now going to jump into it, because there’s plenty of people that won’t touch these 2 games and will keep waiting for a “modern” Vampire title.
Am I the only person who thinks the fact that it’s a game no one has played and the fact that it’s made by Capcom are 2 of the biggest things going for it? At least now, the series is getting more attention. More attention means more entrants and more entrants means larger pots. Sounds damn good to me and it’s exactly what GGPO guys who’ve been working hard for the scene deserve.
I just hope that this isn’t going to end up like SFIV was to III. A lot of “OGs” called noobs, “posers” and “frauds”, but ended up getting bodied by these “noobs” after a few months. The least apprehensiveness OGs are the guys in to 8. The** O**ld Guys complaining are usually the most trash. I personally look forward to the new competition and hope to body enough jokers to fill a graveyard.

Question. How good of a port is Chaos Tower? If I tried to learn basic bnbs on it, would that be fine? And whats the most favored title of DS (to know a good starting point).
