Come on, we’ve got people playing the likes of MvC2, Third Strike and countless other unbalanced games where the top tier dominates. Games being unbalanced never stopped people from playing them and building retarded tourney scenes around them before.
OK then.
Japan hates it. They don’t like VS2/VH2 as much as much as Savior because of the reasons I already mentioned. (Most important opinion because ALL of the best players play there and if they some sort of remake of it that’s the audience Capcom would have to consider the most because Japans the one that gonna buy game for sure)
Its just not as fun as Savior.
Its less balanced than Savior.
And just who the hell would remix the game? Graphics alone would take like 10 years to finish unless they get some Indonesian sweat shop to do it.
Id prefer to have a true sequel to the nightwarriors franchise but if hds gonna bring out more of this series is depth and greatness im all for it especially if they add online play download support for xbox live and psn.

I’d be happy if Capcom released Vampire Savior on the Playstation Network or XBL as a download and added netplay to it, A LA MVC2. I love playing this game on GGPO and it’d be nice if it got to a wider audience that plays on consoles rather than on computers.
Maybe people don’t play on GGPO, because we use our computers to watch pirated videos and porno
Well, things that I don’t like about playing it on PC are the lag, shitty emulation, and lack of response to my stick (prob another lag issue).
I would definitely love to see it as downloadable content on XBL. Doesn’t need to be “HD” or anything.
Since they’ve been porting Dreamcast versions anyway (SSF2X for Matching Service, MvC2), they might as well port Vampire Chronicle for Matching Service with some filters, widescreen and GGPO netcode.
All I would want is Vampire Savior + Dee with the MVC2 treatment. I import PS2 games all of the time but I really don’t want to import Vampire Collection just for a Demitri head swap. Especially since I’m still cool with the Saturn version and Chronicles on the PSP.
If Udon wants to get involved than it should go no further than redrawing some new endings. Maybe a few of them can be pushed a little further, like say Morrigan busting out of that dumb statue in Demitri’s ending and fighting him to a standstill. Or Morrigan can finally get her third part (Lilith is her second part, there’s another part out there). Or an older Anita can show up to kick Jedah’s ass in one ending. I dunno. 10 years of unresolved plotlines is a bitch… :wasted:
