I guess US Agent didn’t like Canada.
That’s correct. Colossus falling in love with Zsaji on Battleworld during Secret Wars cut their relationship short once Kitty found out about it. Colossus / Kitty never escalated to the point of them sleeping together in the 80s. After that they became friends and that’s it, until Colossus ‘died’ the first time.
Isn’t that Scarlet Witch doing all the damage though?
yep thats her. I’m pretty interested to see how she comes back.
If Mac Gargan does turn out to be black suit Spidey, that’s just gonna suck… I’m a little worried since I don’t see Gargan Venom on the new Thunderbolts squad. I hope they do something cool like make him either an MVP variant or Ben Reilly.
Actually maybe Black suit Spidey IS Gargan; Norman just told him to take Spidey’s old black suit form to please the public and press what with the Venom form being too scary.
Ya know a publicity stunt.
Wasn’t the first on this thread to say his name. Besides, Super Mod Pryde is a Ben Reilly fan, be careful dancing on eggshells there buddy! :wonder:
Not Ben Reilly’s biggest fan but him in the black outfit is still better than Gargan. :crybaby:
Good lord what is wrong with Spider-Man?
Damn the artist should be shot in the leg for fucking up such an easy icon character. It’s like they tried to do Tony 18 years in the future after a bad bender and a month on the streets.
I don’t understand. What’s wrong? :looney:
In the double page, fold cover-thingie…
His head is tiny and his pose is completely awkward.
Is he kicking or firing webs or (dear god) both at the same time?
Also, he seems to be either out of fluid, or using a really weak batch.
So today’s one shot issue of Dark Reign further proves that Osbourne is a douche and also still crazy in the head.
DR
[details=Spoiler] Emma Frost was there specifically because she represents the mutant cause but she tells Norman off the break that she doesn’t trust him and she isn’t like everyone else thats there. He immediately tells her that if she doesn’t cooperate, he could pass a legislation that will put all mutants in prison camps. Despite all the threats he throws out there to everyone, Doom and Namor know Osbourne is gonna fuck up in the positions he’s in.
At any rate, cut towards the end and the Swordsman has a word with Norman in regards to the Thunderbolts disbanding and how he was left out and screwed over yet again. He threatens to tell everyone about Norman’s Goblin outbreak if he isn’t a part of norman’s plan. Osbourne immediately runs Swordsman through with his own sword and throws him literally off Thunderbolt mountain. He starts ranting about how he’s in charge and then catches himself when he realizes what he did.[/details]
I love Maleev but:
- The Namor he used to draw looked quite smelly already, I don’t know why he had to add a stuble and make him look like some frenchman.
- The Courtney Love/Tranny look on Loki works really well. (ugh, If only Marvel editors co-ordinated with each other so that every book has a unified look/theme/point.)
- The Hood looks overweight. He actually looks like one of those D&D basement dwellers who take the game too seriously.
- WTF does Norman resemble Obama in some panels? Is that why they didn’t put the rows on his hair in this issue? RACISM!
Yeah that honestly didn’t look like Namor. It just looked like some dude in a Namor costume with a shitty 5 o’clock shadow.
Well at least Maleev read the script and actually followed Bendis’ smelly “joke”.
In some illuminati book before Secret Invasion, there was a joke that was supposed to be about Namor not wearing anything but a speedo but the artist ruined it by drawing him in that current attire (also proof that Marvel editors are retards. Marvel editors and inkers really, just line them up and shoot them on the street)
I don’t mind the new look.
But i do enjoy that Namor and Doom know whats up and that Norman isn’t really the right person to be in the position he’s in.
Norman is cool he could sell ice to eskimos if he wanted to
