Match 8…the first 1 minute is gonna look wack, but I have the footage from the other cam back and that just randomly pops in so yeah…

you can’t play perfect all the time, but you have to be a retard not to notice the games where clock drops 2 characters(basically locking the win thru perfect trap or advantageous priority situation back into trap)
if you don’t understand high level blockstun manipulation, give it a rest with the criticism already.
Margalis: you pull this kinda shit with several games you fail to judge accurately, those random comments about being prepared don’t even scratch the surface of what a player has to do to MAINTAIN advantage vs strider/doom
If you really knew how to play then you’d know that strider/doom fights are reaaaaally complex. to escape striders attack sequence a character has to work double time compared to other top teams. thats ignoring how complicated it can be to follow up the escape with a clean hit(or with a trade, which sentinel has to use the whole match if he wants to maintain)
common counter set-up when u see doom pop out, call cable aaa while flying(at the proper angle, which dp obviously doesn’t know), downforward rocketpunch. even if strider has orbs, sent still trades with a few orbs…that trade does avg 35% life and sent gets unfly from the orbs…loses a couple points of life…
common set-up that clock counters flying sentinel with
activate orb, then he sj’s up to where sent is flying, then he uses striders dive special straight down, free screen shift and sentinel gets pulled into the middle of the orbs.
Alot of top players don’t know that u can fly above the top ring as soon as strider starts the special, once u get past the top orb, sentinel gets pulled down on the other side ORB FREE. at this point he can fly towards strider as he lands(he can’t block until the lag after the special is over)
call aaa and rocket
or call aaa, dont interupt the hitstun so striders or loses the rest of his orbs
then as he falls down orb-less sent can s.fp for control or do sj normals and fly as he lands so he maintains priority, move in and maintain contact…free sequences that strider DOESN’T HAVE TO NORMALLY DEAL WITH, especially for doing something as solid as countering sent’s flight mode.
to compete with strider and set him up easily, you NEED actual experience vs the scenarios he creates.
I seriously fucking doubt that dp has similar comp. Clock in beast mode is way beyond that guys comprehension.
I’m stuck fighting vs an evil strider doom all the time, I have studied the match-ups for that duo as seriously as i did mag or storm ect teams…

i uploaded 7 + 8 at the same time but for some reason 8 became available first, so 7 should be up hopefully sometime before marvel vs capcom 3 comes out.
I’ve played my friend’s Strider/Doom a good amount, and all I’ll say is that random teleport makes you want to jump back, only to eat an HP or throw. And it happens to me ALL THE FREAKIN TIME.
He even does it through Hail sometimes. I love Strider/Doom. Especially Clockw0rk’s…
