No, it’s easy to think he sucks from watching those vids. He’s playing very badly and doing stupid things. If you base his skill off of just watching those vids, he sucks. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt since others said he was cracking under the pressure and is actually pretty good, but strictly based on those vids, dude is nothing special.

I think most of the time, Clockw0rk just has the trap on tight. Other than that game where DPC messes up cable supers, most of the time he just has no options.
I actually think that if you’re a top player you’d know that DPC is really good because you’ve either played against him, or recognize him from tournament results, just saying. I think most of this hate’s coming from random people off youtube who don’t really know about the scene, but like to think they do.
So if you see someone missing AHVBs that would have easily put the game in his favor multiple times in multiple vids you’d still be like “hey this guy is highly skilled”? Come On man.

I did assume that people watching the videos weren’t part of some marvel bubble where they’ve never seen DP play before or didn’t know about the game enough to see that he did beat clockwork and that perhaps you have to be just a wee bit better that “suck” to beat him.
What is this evidence of him being a solid high level player in these vids? So far we’ve seen a lot of missed ahvbs and a lot of short, short, no rocket punchs to go along with very shaky cyclops play. I’m just not seeing how someone can be foolish for thinking he’s not that good based on these vids. If you’ve seen him play other times that’s great, but strictly based off this money match i can’t see it being crazy to say he’s not that hot.
