Hey Mo, I was curious how you went about setting up your unblockables with Felicia. Just testing on myself in training doing grapple resets I’m finding my setups aren’t meaty enough/are not-too-hard-to-blockables. Was wondering if you had any insight on this.
I came pretty close today, but if I can pull this off on stream at Toryuken, ill definitely be celebrating.
You have to do it earlier than you would call Wesker OTG since the first hit is not low. Outside of the grapple hard knockdown I use it less for unblockables and more for pressure tbh. It’s a left right and a high low at the same time. I like to call Acid Rain on entry and call Felicia after backdashing and then do Stinger > Teleport on people coming in. In neutral I do a lot of st.L > Teleport after calling Felicia and Stinger > Teleport after calling Felicia. You can sneak it in even in neutral IAD j.H approaches.
Bnbs that you will usually see me pulling off while in actual matches, all these combos are pretty practical, I would highly suggest any Dante player who uses Doom missiles to try to learn these bnbs. The combo at 0:37 is my main bnb that I use with Doom missiles.

Man I have a long way to go with Dante then I thought thank you guys for all of this information and help about Dante I have been training my butt off with him and so far it’s been paying off a bit. I can finally do his fancy combos and thanks to you guys I can extend some of my combos even longer but I have also been practicing my block strings, dashing, bold canceling, teleport and alot more.

So what dante players should I be checking out? Yipes footage is hard to come by and almost everyone else dropped him so I don’t really know where to turn. Josh wong is pretty dope though, but like yipes there isn’t a lot of him online.

I think there is a way to do this on every character. So far the best assist I seen for this is storm’s double typhoon and Dr. Doom’s Hidden missiles. I got them to work on pretty much everyone so far, even rocket raccoon and Sentinel. The only thing is you have to change up the time a lil bit. For the most part though it is the same timing for most of the cast.

Epic Dante comebacks. In general, when you crossed up with the reverb shock like you did in the corner, is there any thing else that you can do besides million dollars? Is there enough time to DT follow up with something else, or perhaps call an assist?
