Problems with Stinger>Bold Cancel into Volcano? 2 tips: if you don’t get it try to do it BEFORE you think you can do it, a lot of the time it will improve your execution at doing this.
If by anything this doesn’t work use Plink Cancel(Stinger(hold forward)>Down+Down-Forward+S~M.
I’m a vanilla Dante player and picking him back up. I’m used to air dashing after the air play and am having a hard time transitioning into this. My issue is I cannot connect s.S after dashing once I land. It seems that if I neutral jump the air play misses from time to time and I’m delaying the j.H as long as I can after the air play. I cannot get the timing for this down.
The best way to cold shower bold cancel is just let one bullet do the otg, then immediately stinger to bold cancel air trick. you’ll be behind the opponent after the wall bounce every time.
playing dante for the first time, the one point of inconsistency I’m having with several of his combos is the dash back S~H, stinger, bold cancel teleport. what should i be looking out for to make sure stinger hits every time? I do stinger too late and it whiffs, too soon and the S~H just fires more bullets. Is there a substitute for this sequence that people use in tournaments or should i just grind away
You get 2 choices:
Off anti air confirms(ie doing it off a killer bee), you can do stHS HHHHHHHH into Reverb xx Fireworks into Million Dollars, or simply go for 2 reps of shot loops into Reverb xx Fireworks.
If you are talking about the bnb posted on the thread itself. I don’t like going for backdash S~H after a beehive, and prefer going cold shower into wall bounce, jS xx Killer Bee. Meaning after the prop shredder hammer go for the cold shower into stinger first instead of volcano xx Bee hive then going for the wall bounce(you can’t keep the corner in this combo unless you are already in the corner).
I was wondering if I could get help on the sky dance hard knockdown -> Acid Rain -> Volcano -> Skydance, I can get to the sky dance beginning, but the Acid Rain Volcano seems super tight, any help or tips on getting this? I’m usually just slighty too late and they roll out.

Couple things I’m concerned about: I don’t kno assist 2 timing and I find it kind of awkward BC teleporting off of simultaneous stinger and assist 2. I don’t want to remap 7th button to a2(stick)
I also dunno if it would be the timing on the teleport off of stinger as I normally try to port immediately instead if I should delay anything.
You actualy do stinger+disruptor(you can even delay disruptor a little bit) and then you do the bold cancel teleport.You have time to do the bc teleport so don’t do it immediately.If you don’t get anything you are doing the bc teleport fast and if you get the bold move you don’t cancel into teleport fast enough.That is considering that your inputs are correcct.
I don’t know what is the 7th button on a stick,since i don’t think that they have numbers on them lol
