I do this combo with Doom and the missile always hits unless I am in xfactor. I add in 2 mediums in the second air combo though.
They hit even at mid screen? Maybe your extra j.M adds enough air time to allow the missiles to track better. The reason I only do one j.M is that using two can sometimes cause the j.S to whiff if my timing is slightly off. Hmm…
I need some good Lvl 3 set ups.
I know it links off of a berserker slash, what else? Also what properties does lvl 3 have? Is it invulnerable on start up or anything special like that? That’s about the only party of my game I need to work on.
Yea, it has invulnerable frames. Beats a lot of supers as long as you’re in range. When it hits, it starts the cinematic, too, so if there’s drones or anything on the screen, you don’t get hit by them, either. Any combo you use berzerker barrage X in, you should be able to replace with weapon x. Pay attention to scaling, though. In shorter combos, a DHC should do similar damage and save you a meter. Lvl 3s are mostly for very extended combos or their properties(invulnerability in this case).
Ah see I don’t know many good combos into berzerker barrage X, I usually go for air series, drill claw, dive kick, air series, fatal claw. So just his basic L, M, L, H into Berzerker Barrage xx Berzerker barrage X you can replace with his Lvl 3 then?
“Half” of the B’n’B into Weapon X works, i.e.:
crouching L, standing M, crouching M, standing H, S, super jump M-M-H, f+H+S (Drill Claw), d+H (Dive Kick), land, standing H, qcb+L (Berserker Slash), dp+two buttons (Weapon X)
You can also connect the Weapon X after the Dive Kick, though this will obviously result in less damage.
^just so you know. Its not nessecary to hold forward when you do your Drill Claw in this combo.
Wolvie will automatically track his opp if you do a neutral :atk::s:.
IDK if this would make things easier for you, or prevent you from possible pressing the wrong direction.
Oh snap! Ok, this is basically the bnb I do (LMLH S MMH Drill Dive Kick S MMH Drill Fatal claw) just a nice variation.
I also just saw KOH’s barrage loops into lvl 3, those look wicked damaging. How much damage does the combo you posted do umgogo?
Level 3 Hypers are not affected by hit count I thought?
The most damaging combo I can come up with, using 1 bar, does 854,800 damage.
However, it starts off jS, uses two assists (one which OTGs by itself), and is corner only. If you want to call that a BnB, IDK:

If you press MMHS even decently fast it should connect, I’ve never dropped it before so I’m not sure. Theres even time to replace the S for a drill claw.
I think what he meant was that you can shorten the combo by dropping the H into Berzerker slash after the last dive kick to make the combo easier.
It does 865.600. If you omit the “standing H, qcb+L” part and go into the Weapon X straight from the Dive Kick, it does 815.600.
While I am aware that a front Drill Claw can be done with button+S, I somehow remain in the habit of adding the f command (too much Arcana Heart, I suppose). The upside is that if I fail to hit the attack button (I play on pad, and there is no button+S macro), the input option selects into air f+S (= Team Aerial Exchange starter), which is usually preferable to just air S (= ground bounce).
