Gadouken is pretty fast too so it’s hard to make it land meaty as well. Dan doesn’t really have any setups that puts them in the perfect position for it, maybe try off a Knee knock down without quick recover on.
I haven’t been able to FADC into it. Back Throw, Gadouken xx Legendary Taunt xx Ultra seems to be the easiest setup, since there’s very little spacing involved.
EDIT: False alarm folks. Doopliss says that Dan can’t Ultra while he’s got a fireball onscreen. Derp.

EX Gadouken > s.MP is a 1-framer, yah? It’s very awkward timing wise though, you recover quicker than it appears. EX Gadouken FADC > s.MP is quite a friendly link provided you’re close enough that s.MP is the close version. The FADC link will be made harder due to stressing out over the 1-frame link before it

Licorice King and I did some testing with Dan (In Super of course) and found you can intercept Akuma’s raging demon (Ultra 1) with an air taunt, AND a down taunt! The timing on the down taunt is tricky. His forearm has to be up. Damaging? Only to the ego!
Edit: Down taunt also beats Fuerte’s c.RH slide, and also Horizontal Blanka Balls. It trades with Blanka’s Super and Ultra 1.

I’m having trouble with 18. The dankukyaku is not connecting when should I be done?
The Danku needs to be done as early as possible after the FADC. If you can, try to start with a little bit of space between you and the target, as the combo seems to whiff more often if you’re right next to him when you uppercut.
I’m stuck on trial 23 at the moment, myself, with the instant air EX Danku. I did land it once but then misinputted the Ultra.

Timing your :ub: to register on the earliest available frame when coming out of the dash is the key to the whole thing.
I am leaning towards needing to FADC on the first available frame out of the KRK for the HK Dankuu juggle, I wonder if you could do F D DF N F+P F+MP+MK to get the dash out quickly, kinda fiddly.
Instant Air Dankuu or TK Dankuu I’m still not very good with, I actually found that I had the most success if I just jammed it straight to the D position after UB. You can do the trial without the tricky Air Dankuu motion and just do it quickly but it’s a real bitch.
