His flying taunt can’t be canceled, right? Maybe you should be able to cancel his taunt into other moves. Flying taunt xx dankyaku could let him move around the stage quickly and also protect him.
As for his 2nd Ultra, I was thinking of a Haoh Sho Ken-type move that has really short range, but does decent damage.
I think Dan should actually be nerfed to nothing, but his ultra become some unholy bullshit like an unblockable screen filling beam that does like 700 damage when fully charged.

Dan Install (or at least some ultra taunt) should be like SGS in 3S. You always have it, its not part of the selection. I just want to something to do with my meter in case I can’t do Buraiken for some reason. Make it cancelable, too. Gadouken xx Dan Install for an awesome freeze-frame finish for a match.
He needs his rolling taunt and like how Akuma has a Raging Demon, Dan should have a Raging Dan where he grabs his opponent and barrages him with a 27 hit barrage of taunts that don’t do damage but dizzys an opponent.
He needs an ultra or taunt that seriously nerfs his opponent. Slows down their attacks, shortens the range and slows the speed of projectiles if equipped, less health and stun, in short it Dan-onizes them for 10 seconds or so. Or maybe makes it so they can only move and taunt, no attacks… so then he can either rush them and slap the Dan down on them or, and this is the more Saikyo option, he can safely perform his super taunt.
They could flash pink while it lasts…

The Otoko Michi is a spoof on the Raging Demon. It even has the same inputs, just reversed (With the FP first). 
As interesting as a Gou Hibiki Ultra or a Premium Sign could be… SF4 takes itself much more seriously than Pocket Fighter or the MvC series. [media=youtube]IkABu1iaL3E"[/media] seems the most credible as the New Ultra.
while i’d like to see an extra move and buffs… realistically, I think he’ll be lucky to have his varied taunts return with any more than some super meter gain…

Dan 2nd Ultra should be a Denjin Gadouken
It would be the perfect balance, its fast and unblockable, yet it cannot travel across the screen.
FADCing into a projectile ultra just seems too Ryu for me, though. 
immediately releasing a uncharged denjin gadouken would do little damage and stun.
If his jabs linked, he’d be manageable.

to me this guy is used for joke… so if needed to do anything… just make him do cooler/anoyinger/louder taunt i like how he jumps and go WOOHOO!!!
the only way to improve him but would leave him open would be to give him his autograph move but i dont see why they added this character, by adding him they messed up blanka an sakura’s story line real bad.
1st off i was hoping to use sakura when game 1st came out but she sucks real bad. why? cuz dan is her teacher an since he sucks they made her suck.
2nd off dan is korean an sakura is japanese. i dont know if ya know ya history but korean’s an japanese ppl dont like each other so why would dan help sakura an why would sakura goto dan for help. this is a bigger flaw in the story
3rd blanka as we all know used to be charle guiles friends an teacher, an bison change him into blanka an then dhalsim took him in after he changed but somewhere along the lines they change blanka from charle to jimmy someone who fell out of a plane into the jungle when he was a boy an turned green by eating plants an became best friends with dan an sakura, first off i think if i was like a 8 or 9 yr old boy who fell out a plane i would die so that right there is dumb an then why would someone turn green by eating plants wow i didnt know ppl turned green from eating there veggies
4th these are all flaws cuz blanka an sakura have nothing to do with each other an they just want a way to intertwine dan in the game.
in the real story
sakura follows ryu around the world an mimics his move and taugh herself by watchin ryu an then would go home an practice in front of her friend an then go on the search for ryu again to go challenge him.
blanka was guiles friends an teacher who was changed by bison an then takin in by dhalsim.
as for dan they could have use the story he has now ( he joins the tournament to show the world of saikyo which is a fighting style his father made up and to get ppl to join his dojo an he thinks he is the greatest fighter in the world). they should have never mixed dan into sakura an blanka story an messed it up.
