Since 3SO is gonna be an arcade port, the games gonna be a SLIGHT bit slower than the ps2 port, meaning you have more time to hit confirm. You can do cr. mk XX super as a late cancel, so just put a dummy to random block and practice hit confirming it.
You have all day to confirm the down foward link into super. Literally all day.
