If I’m at obf I can give you some pointers since I’m playing Ken now. Best Ken in Dallas second only to Adeel.

mix up ur kara throw and dp’s when ur in close, when you have 2 bars, u can get in with step kick and then from there kara throw (performed as f + MK~LP+LK, meaning you press forward and medium kick, then a split second after while press lp+lk, almost like plinking) or dp, if blocked then fadc.
Make sure you get a good feel for ur poke ranges and start learning to whiff punish with step kick (f+mk) as that gets you in range to start your mixup. Cr. mk is a great poke as well.
Basic hit confirm bnb - cr. lk xx cr. jab -> dragon punch (the dp is linked after the cr. jab)
If it’s blocked you’re + 2 off the jab which lets you go to mixup, if it hits then you can confirm the dp.
Also since you have a bombass DP, always make sure to anti-air every jump in with a deep Medium Punch shoryuken since it’s the most invincible.
Concentrate on those things for now, then move on to other things when you have a feel for his basics. Any questions feel free to ask.

Hey Charlie, any chance we can use the TVs setup around the bar? More specifically the TV hanging up in the corner with the nice seating. I think it’d be awesome to throw up some 4 player games there that aren’t necessarily fighting games since I assume it’ll be laggy. Maybe a station that’ll have some 4 player games like Bomberman, Scott Pilgrim, Castle Crashers, WWE Allstars, etc.
Can someone explain to me how this happened: I am in the corner with Seth, Ken wakes up literally right next to me and jumps forward and does a short kick and doesn’t cross me up. I am still in the corner he then does the exact same thing from the exact same distance only this time it somehow crosses me up. I did nothing but try to guard and got hit both times. When I asked the guy what happened he proceeded to be your typical online cunt and think by withholding this information that he would some how have something on me. Someone please explain if they can.
Also, since when does third place not get anything? Thats kinda messed up imo, but I’ve been away for a while so I don’t know how things work now.
Additional: going to try to make it out tonight but I will be too late for Ranbat.
