Yeah, The PS# stream is something awful…I don’t mind the pixelation (I kind of assumed that) but the fact that the stream couldn’t keep up was just not worth it.

Joe didn’t get put into losers by aquasilk. But aqua was in his same pool. He lost to another Zangief but beat him in four straight rounds in losers finals to move on to quarterfinals. Arthur lost to a fei long to get knocked into losers, but won the rest to get into quarters. Steve made it to losers finals in his pool as well, but lost to the same akuma twice (bad matchup).
