so as i was getting my ass beat by tvc chun i was thinking

damn, how come my chun combos don’t do this much damage?

and at other times i was thinking

why are my ryu combos doing like 100%?

before every match, i would look at the handicap stars, which would always turn out to be fine. turns out, somebody set the damage to 4 stars in the options menu (default is 2)

i don’t think results were affected too much by it though; the damage increase went both ways, i didn’t have an answer to chun, and i got hit more times than i hit him. just saying to everybody watching, the game isn’t as broken as it looked lol
