There’s a vid of Daigo being awarded prizes by some president dude (Capcom?) for winning the Gamest Savior Cup 6 – it was in '95, I think. There are quite a few ‘familiar faces’ in there (like Nuki, who looks twelve years old in it). Can’t remember where I got it, sorry. Here’s a poster pic:

Does anybone have the video of daigo playing as Yun in that france invitational? I already have the vids of Daigo(ken) vs Mymoza(ken) and Daigo(Ken) vs BillyKane(Yun). I remember seeing a vid of Daigo playing as Yun for the heck of it. Is there any site where I can find it?
One of our prominent players who is knowledgable in Japanese or knows somebody who is (bring them with you!) should corner Daigo and grill him on the subject of all things Street Fighter, next time he shows up at a tournament. Record and transcribe the conversation, or better yet, get it on video and subtitle it. This would be an amazing treat for all the fans out there.
I don’t think he’d be much of an interview. He’s always very stoic when I see him.
He obviously has a great mind for fighters, but I’m not sure if he’s as passionate about them as a lot of you seem to think.
