imo, sak is still really really good.
but it takes more to win with her nowadays than back then.
you really have to get her rcs down to near 100 percent especially during clutch
situations since she gets rushed down easily without it and without meter. it also
doesnt help that she takes a lot of damage. vega does too but he is hard to catch.
nowadays everyone knows how to get around her rcs so it isnt nearly as abusable as say blanka and hondas rcs.
vega is easier to pick up and he doesnt take as much execution as sakura, especially his CC.

i hate this fight to no end. seems like bison cant do much except run and build meter.
i mainly get owned by his lp fireball and getting hit by his damn ambiguous crossup into super.
if you notice in the vid, bas isnt trying to do direct hits with bison, his number one priority is building meter, and hes doin a good job at it. With unpredictable headstomps, blocked guard strings, etc. Its only worth it to fight ken once you have meter, once in a while you might have to do some hits to push him away, but yea thats just what I think.

I noticed in one of those Dan vs Bas matches, Dan’s Sagat was punishing blocked Blanka balls by simply doing a standing hk instead of supering (he had a lv3). I assume he was doing this to conserve meter so he can alpha counter blocked RC electricities. But it still seems like it would be wiser to at least use a lv2 and keep a lv1.
