I still think that you should play the character that you feel better with. Personally, I like Rugal the most out of the list in K-Groove, as he is able to do huge damage if you learn how to land Gigantic Pressure when you have a chance.
Yeah, I was thinking Rugal, so I’ll probally pick him up again. If that doesn’t work I’ll probally go with Mai, since she’s fast and quite annoying to play against, cept she’s got alot of bad matchups, but that’s why she’s first.

I say play C. It’s a good starter/learning groove.
no akuma is pretty sexy in K, but yeah if you’re a beginner C groove might be better
K groove gives life boost doesn’t it? So it makes Akuma better, Also the running and JD’ing, only if you could pop your own meter he’d be good!
Please excuse me if sound insane; I live under a rock when it comes to hi-level CVS2. The team I’m using is Chun-Li (R2) and Cammy (R2) with N-Grove. Any suggestions?
stick with n chun li, shes good. but as far as your team layout r2/r2 isnt very smart for a couple reasons. one, you get alot less life/meter/chances overall than an r1/r1/r2 team. 2, if you run into hard matchups, they are a little harder to overcome with just 2 characters.
n cammy is probably her weakest iteration, but its still cammy, so play her if you feel that comfortable with her.
n chun is very solid, but isnt the best ratio 2.
good n groove ratio one characters: iori, yamazaki, ken, vega, blanka sagat, hibiki
good anchors (r2’s):sagat, blanka, hibiki is ok too i guess because she has pretty good matchups against most common r2 characters.
Won’t the power and durability of a second ratio 2 make up for the lack of ratio 1’s?
No, less life is being distributed among the characters rather than 1/1/2.

I’m trying to think of an N-groove team to try out the next time I’m in the arcade. What I thinking of right now is. I may have Cammy as R1 and Chun-Li but I’m not sure who can be my second R1. I may have to try out a few characeter in actual play to see who I do best with.

Just tinker around with characters you enjoy playing as. Don’t let tiers EVER make you decide not who to play in this game, it’s all about enjoyment and execution. I’ve seen A King rock house, I’ve seen other low tiers rock too, I’m rocking Yuri in my team. Now when were talking about Marvel…That’s another story…
Hmmm, I’m just tinkering with teams just to see what I’m confortable with, how would K-Yuri, Sak, Geese/Hibiki fair? It would seem like an annoying team to play against…
i wouldnt play sakura or yuri in k groove. there are just such better choices, unless you like handicapping yourself.
K Yuri is somewhat doable if you really want to work, you do have 2/3 of a really good team there with Hibiki and Geese though.
Yeah, like alot of the people who know me around the area know me for my Yuri because it’s pretty good. I can handle Blankas to an extent with Yuri (I just have to work ALOT), and I can pretty much OCV any scrub with her. WHY CAN’T YURI DO MORE DAMAGE!!!:annoy:

Terry starting out with 3 stocks just sounds like a lot of fun.
I’m not sure about Yamazaki though. I just wanted to learn him. I don’t know how he fits in a team. I dunno, what do you guys think. Any suggestions?
