Hey guys sorry kientan and I didn’t end up joining the tournament. I thought it was on Saturday and we didn’t have net to check the details till late Friday … apparently our ethernet connection was broken so they had to send an engineer (at 1am?) to fix it haha. By the time I went around to check cvs2 setup the tournament had already started and almost near completion. kientan and I both had late Pools and had no idea it would take that long to run :o
I had some casuals on the Saturday morning. I was the Asian dude using the namco ps2 stick playing mostly A-Sagat/Sakura/Dictator. We hardly play in Australia so it was fun to get some games in for nostalgia sake. The C-Blanka/Claw/(forgot last character) player tore me a new one haha. There was female K groove player on the Friday as well I didn’t bring the namco so didn’t get a chance but played against her in 02UM instead on the Saturday haha.
Oh well thanks anyways guys and hope to maybe meet you guys next year.
The C - Blanka/Claw/ROLENTO player is probably 2000watts from our NorCal group
