As a heads up, there is a chance that CvS2 will be moved to Caliburst (first Saturday of each month) instead of keeping it in Dogfight in view of the new anime game releases (DFC, Chaos Breakers, UNIB, P4U2, AH3), and because Dogfight is more anime fighters themed with CvS2 being the odd one out. I’ll keep y’all posted.
Either way I think we will still have stream and archive.

Okay, we are moving CvS2 to Caliburst. That is the first Saturday of every month.
Stream is run by Coopa/Spirit Juice, who have both agreed to stream CvS2 and keep an archive.

As we want to avoid interfering with the other games, it’ll be towards the later side, say 7:30ish.
On a side note, I do not know if I will be able to attend the next Caliburst, so someone else may need to manage the tournament.

Okay, full details are up. CvS2 is now listed as an event in Caliburst.
August 2nd, registration is 3-6, tournament starts shortly thereafter, Top 4 to be streamed at around 8:30.
Unfortunately I might not be able to make it during that time. Would someone else be willing to run the brackets?

So now we have changed from being a side event to an official event at Caliburst.
19 people showed up, but I also turned away roughly 7 people for showing up late so we had a rather remarkable turnout.
Since we have to adhere to the stream schedule, the brackets will be closed very shortly after 6, and we will start immediately after.
So please show up before 6 to sign up, or if you cannot, please let me know ahead of time so I can put you in the bracket.

The only reason baby jesus didn’t cry was because i gave my spot to Senor Payaso and another person dropped out so I could let black rob in the bracket lol.

FYI, we will start an hour earlier at 5:00 PM due to the inclusion of P4U.
If someone could bring an additional setup or another copy of CvS2, that would be great.
We currently have two setups.
As we are an official event, we will start pretty promptly after 5:00 PM, so if you want to be in but are going to show up late, please let me know and i’ll put you in.
I can bring my ps2 and cvs2. TV would be difficult, can we just hook it up to the big tv again?

I’m gonna try hosting CvS2 tournaments at MGL. I heard about the CPS IV weekly friday tournaments being hosted there. if I can somehow join the gang, with some of your guy’s help and setup, we can probably add CvS2 to the tournament game list. this will be hella sick.
