So it’s been brought up a few times so thought I’d copy/paste my post from GD where things generally get lost; bring this all together where we can discuss music; find different bands and the like. Post what music you think suits elements from the game and post what you think of others findings.

Captures her circus background pretty well.

The energy of it recalls the pacing of Fortunes rushdown and the lyrics are almost nothing but puns. For example at the end of the song they’re totally not saying “we came to party”…

Pace fits with playstyle and asks the question: is fillia controlling sampson or is sampson controlling fillia?

There’s something about this one that reminds me of some military leader and it reminds me of the current SG soundtrack anyways.

This song just reminds me of Painwheel charging up one of her super armors ready to let the pain unleash. And the title is pretty fitting for her mindset

Had trouble with Valentine but since shes the most sexualized in the cast I think this song fits in alright.

These both have an otherworldly (mideast) feel to them. There was one that fit Double better with a similar sounding voice, but not finding it in my library atm.
BONUS

Something about the lighter tone of this song and references to raindrops made me throw this one to Umbrella; we’ll see how her playstyle comes along as this wouldn’t really fit in gameplay.

Another one that wouldn’t fit in gameplay and is the one song from this band that doesn’t sound anything like anything else they made. I could imagine this being a lovesong between Squiggly and Leviathan; particularly taking place when Squiggly was still alive and out of reach for Leviathan. The ending countdown of “hours til you find me dead” changes the songs original meaning of seperation and makes a twist to something like “I’ll finally be dead so we can be together”. And I just really like this song.
