Custom faceplate design

I’m new to Shoryuken, so I apologise if I have posted this thread in the wrong discussion group. I’ve almost finished the design for my arcade stick but I need help adding the finishing touches. Because I’m a noob at photoshop, I’m not really sure how to do what I want…

Any help will be much appreciated!
