Hi,
I’m currently in the progress of getting ready to build a custom arcade stick out of an Xbox 360 controller PCB, but I had a couple questions.
There will be two sticks being made. It appears one will be using the Xbox 360 wired Late PCB, while the other will be using the early model. Based on these diagrams am I right to assume the late version has a common ground while the early version does not? I’m trying to figure out how the wiring will work on these.

The other question I have regarding the triggers. When connecting a resistor up to the trigger, I know there is mention of connecting it to normally closed switch. Seimitsu buttons only have two terminals, is it NO or NC?
Thanks,
Sky
