Thanks to all that came for Project Esco. Thanks to to the winners Suraj 1st richie2nd and Gaby 3rd. The title stayed home. To those that counldnt make it. The official date for the 2nd Waterbury tournament will be on April 17 2011. Hope to see u guys there. I heard some perfects were handed out. They got slept on:nono:
Sorry I couldnt make it Esco. I’m low on gas, money, everything, etc and I really could not do the drive today. I’ll definitely do my best to attend the next one. Hope it was a sweet turnout.
Is it sad that I still do not have a TEAM? I’ve been playing like 5-7 characters since launch but do not have a concrete team from them.
I’ll do my best to make the next one esco. I need to get better and make sure I can make it

Anyone feeling marveled out yet, and want to get games in Super?
I had this phase like a week ago but then I went back to Super for a night and then realized why I wanted to play MVC3 in the first place…

Also since it seems like MvC3 is going to be overshadowing SF4 for some time I decided that if I am at a tournament, I’ll just record Super matches with my camera, and upload them to a channel or something. Watching that PF stream got me a little salty, haha.
The people who call sf4 down back fighter 4 or complain about turtling like marvel because they realize they have no game plan and just mindlessly rush in while calling assists and hope to do that one training mode combo theyve practiced. then they set up a 50/50 otg with an assist and hope they can do a similar combo theyve practiced in training mode off that otg.
i dunno how ssf4 is downback fighter 4 with characters like fei, rufus, viper, koomz and bison being top.
Kid, when you start playing high level SSF4 like Dont Jump you’ll see that he’s right about everything. I believe in Dont Jump, and so should you. Didn’t you see the thread title? 
On topic: I like Marvel a lot, I also like SSF4. Instead of complaining, how about we just get good at the game or stop playing it altogether?

Characters like Bison? Fei? Viper?
Fei Long walks around and doesn’t do anything and just stands just outside your range and then hits you when you do something. He camps too.
Viper just does random seismos and baits to get you to do something and commit. She camps too. She sure as hell can’t outpoke people.
Bison is an agressive character but he can do just fine by not approaching. He doesn’t need to.
The Game IS down back fighter iv. I’m not knocking it as a game because I do play it but it’s really lols when people think its not defensive and lame.
