nice lighting on the Yang pic. I feel his left arm needs to be more in the shadows though. More contrast in the legs too – front leg and rear leg are equally dark right now.

art nouveau style usually brings to mind of a lot more emphasis on the flowing hair. I agree with DFist that the b/w version works better – perhaps use of more pastel shades of the colours might have worked better with the look? Looking forward to your rework.
Urien pic needs more muscle definition, the character should look like he subsists only on egg white omelettes and protein shakes.

Ken pic is really nice – shows him as a family man. Eliza needs more cranium up top though.
Yang pic looks kinda muddy – I have the same issues when using SFMC’s style to colour too. Might be a brush thing though.
Necro pic is cool, esp like the effect you used in the bg.

rubber Necro! his left arm looks kinda disjointed but it’s Necro, wouldn’t put it past him to bend in weird ways. Pic is laterally inverted though (facial tattoo and footwear should be reversed)

Hanzou: I like how clean the colours are on the Ibuki pic. Only gripe is that her face looks kinda flat due to the colours being similar.
Ron: sharp looking Yang… proportions seem a bit unusual but it could be because of the perspective.
Photon / 4neqs: hahhahhahaha pelvis reflector. Chun’s reaction is perfect.
Uppercut Makoto looks a bit Saturday Night Fever… widen her stance, lower her centre of gravity and give the torso a slight twist to give the move more weight.
