Has anybody ordered anything from crosscountertv lately?
Last week i was checking some videos on youtube and came across the Canadacup 5v5 international trailer here: [media=youtube]a9fYCXX6UKs[/media]
I thought it would be interesting to watch, so i went ahead and ordered it through the link in the description (store.crosscounter.tv) and paid via paypal right away.
I neatly got automated e-mails with links to the 3 part videos for my order, however the links never worked.
I immediatly contacted orders@crosscounter.tv for assistance as requested in the automated mail, but havent got an answer as of yet (6 days). When i go to www.crosscounter.tv the main site seems to be down (you get a page from their host is seems). Store.crosscounter.tv is still up, but doesnt seem to give its content like it should.
Maybe i should just get paypal to return my money, since i never recieved a product?
Is crosscounter still there? or has it gone sideways since gootecks left or something?
