Sup SFxT peoples. Before the year ends and ver. 2013 comes in january, I’m thinking of making a collab/montage of hype cross assault moments in SFxT matches. I’ve already gotten a few but i feel like I need a decent amount of clips before I can make a full video. So this is where YOU come in. If you’d like to help me out, and get your name credited in the description, you can send me any cross assault clips you find, it can be of combos, crazy stuff, hype tech or whatever, as long as it’s just purely cross assault. It doesn’t have to be strictly your matches, since I can’t expect everyone to have hype cross assault moments and the resources to record it, but any awesome cross assault stuff you’ve seen in videos. I want to make this vid to show off how useful cross assault is not only for comebacks but for accidental but awesome hype and maybe even legit combos. So if you’re interested, I’d be glad to take any submissions people have =]

It’s a nice idea. But I think, other than say Pandora tech, it’ll be harder to find good footage. Mainly because in single player you are depending on the CPU. And he hardly ever does anything interesting. I have both the Pandora and Cross Assault trophies. I have quite a few interesting Pandora moments on vid. Only one cross assault moment. And that was during a Pandora moment. It’s in my compilation vid at around 4:08 if you want to use it. (Not sure how interesting it is to use as a cross assault moment but it’s there…)

That last line makes it sound like the idea is doomed to fail, haha. Though I’m sure that’s not how you meant it. I’ve got a couple of clips already, some from my daily blast series and some I’ve seen in matches on youtube. So really I’m just hoping to find more stuff. I admit, cross assault isn’t really seen that often and even when it is crazy awesome stuff doesn’t happen each time. But that’s the point of making this collab to be honest, to try and get all those awesome moments together. Also, you’d be surprised, sometimes the CPU in cross assault does some magical stuff for you, and it’s kinda what makes some of those cross assault moments hype.
As for your video I do remember seeing that part, and it’s pretty random, haha. But the sort of thing I’m looking for is when the cross assault is pretty successful. As in through a combo, when the CPU randomly helps you out really well, that kinda thing. Thanks for trying though, I appreciate that if anything. I’m surprised I’ve gotten next to no replies =/ But it is cool that you two have replied so far.

That first video was actually too funny :’] And thanks once again thanks for the effort, but I’d say those vids were some basic stuff from a while back, nothing particularly stood out though I’m afraid. It’d be helpful to perhaps for me to give a video or two to demonstrate what I mean by the sort of thing I’d expect for the collab but I think that’d ruin the surprise of the final video, haha (unless you’d already seen it before). Also, I hadn’t seen that ‘ping pong’ thing. If it got featured on SRK it’d be best not to use it, I’m trying to only get unique footage in actual matches or maybe a training mode combo, it wouldn’t be right to take someone’s stuff from a collab of their own or something. Depends I guess, but still. I’m getting a few more clips every so often so I’m getting there =]
I have cross assault 100% comboes and mixups in to 700 dmg with characters like sim, jin, hugo, jack and heihachi and both team and solo ones. I am sure you can find a lot of stuff on my youtube channel ‘barionyx’ or I can send better quality footage tonight on xbox!

Yeah I have seen the RnK guys’ videos as well as seen them play, it’s pretty hype. I’ll be sure to check out your videos but if you do have anything else then by all means send them to me through the game, if you see me online that is.

Thanks for all the likes guys, though the small views would have me believe that no one watched it, heh. And to be honest Wantonx I don’t know if that’s a compliment or a criticism =s Hah, well I admit I wish I could have made it much longer but it took several weeks just to get all of those clips together in the first place, if I had managed to get a flood of different good clips from people then certainly this video would have been longer. I did just intend for it to be this length since I’d planned it this way, meant I had to not include a few clips as well. Anyway, it’s nowhere near as ground breaking as the Pandora stuff but I’d love for it to get featured =D

I made my own little compilation of cross assault vids from my youtube channel:P It uses some of the same clips as you have Justice, hope that’s alright! Please ignore the bad video quality and music, but this isn’t an attempt at a good combo video, it’s merely a compilation of some of the vids I have put out, and the music is there just to replace the awful background noise that my phone camera produces:P
