Cronusmax plus banned in tournament?

Hey guys. So far I really don’t like the analog stick on the ds4 controller. I’d much rather go back to my ps3 controller so I’d like to buy a converter. Specifically the cronusmax plus converter.

Question is, are these banned at tournament? (Im only gonna play my at my locals tho)
Just wanna know before I make a purchase. It’s either that or I buy a stick or just get used to the ds4 controller with practice.
