CPT - Where is M.Bison?

My question is simple. We already had two CPT premier events with virtually no M.bisons in top 32. According to eventhubs tier, bison is second best. What’s going on? I personally main bison, and although I feel he is not a weak character, I think that he is too honest in offense, and too short in defense. Thoughts?
