Well, I guess I’ll finally be able to play Warzard. Also, a JoJo Heritage for the Future arcade perfect version (DC wasn’t afaik) is tempting. I think it’s going to take lots of time to have the games emulated properly though.
The best thing about the decryption is not the future emulation to me; it’s the fact that it means that soon Razoola (or whoever else) will be able to repair dead cps3 boards, like it’s done on dead cps2’s
dayum. hopefully everyone will finally upgrade from that crappy MAME 32k 0.64 now…

I never thought I’d see the day. I was told once decrypting CPS3 was impossible. The roms are already out on the net. They may have to redump the roms later on but I think within 2 years CPS3 roms will be playable. I would like to rock SF3 2nd impact and new generations online to see what those games were like.

No. Don’t wait for naomi board being emulated. Even if they’d do it now you’d need a fucking monster of a computer. And don’t expect it to come up any time soon the comic up 5 years.
But: Wohooo! SF3 Jojo! Warzard! Can’t wait. I really didn’t think I’d ever seen this happen.
Everybody’s excited as hell about SFIII, but I’m actually more interested in Jojo and Warzard. Those are games I never got the chance to play, and probably wouldn’t ever without the opportunity that emulation offers.
Your best bet would be the DC port, which I believe can be emulated using NullDC.

There’s a perfect DC emulator out there, so good Naomi board emulation (and Model 3 for that matter) is very possible right now.
Not sure what kind of projects are going on right now I don’t follow the emulation scene.
Exactly. Fuck Street Fight 3. I got that shit on my comp NOW, via DC emulation. Warzard is where its at.
I’m looking forward to seeing how Warzard Plays as well. The character designs are incredible. One player mode is gonna be heaps of fun I reckon.
It’ll be excellent to be able to play more jojo since Null DC hasn’t got JoJo sorted yet. Time Stop online is going to be a blast! 
It’ll be interesting to see how this takes shape. I hope my Laptop can handle the emulation (fingers crossed)

people keep mentioning netplay but by successful emulation it will also mean that people can actually play an “arcade perfect” version which will be so portable, open up the laptop and ps2=usb convertor and off u go
Yea, I mean, Jojo is playable on my HDD. It’s not perfect, so with the CPS-3 hookup, I could finally enjoy it to its fullest.
